Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with CTP! We appreciate your support and are excited to get your order to you. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Please note that processing times may be extended during product launches, holidays, sales, or periods of high order volume.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and selected shipping method.
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing.
Please remember that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
4. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses at checkout.
CTP is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to assist before your order ships.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of CTP's direct control.
If your package is delayed, marked as delivered but cannot be located, or appears to be lost, please contact the shipping carrier first. You may also reach out to our customer service team for assistance.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We want every customer to have a positive CTP shopping experience.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the issue so we can review your request and determine an appropriate resolution.
